This weekend I had the pleasure of 4 full days to myself.  YES I feel horribly guilty that I didn’t spend the Easter long weekend with family, but you know what?  I feel more guilty that I’ve neglected myself for so long!
Being a business owner when you have two small children is not for the faint of heart!  The nights my children allow me to sleep are often disrupted by the constant hum of my business brain and long to do lists that can never be accomplished.
So, what did I do with all this time to myself?  EVERYTHING.  From spring cleaning, to drinks out with friends, accounting, reading and naps, to eating peanut butter and banana sandwiches for dinner on top of the Chief! squamish-chief-peak-atwell-photographer-hike-exploreshadows-pathway-trail-squamishreflections-squamish-puddles-rainy-rainforestrainforest-blog-squamish-photogarpherexplore-bc-squamish-reflections-photographeratwell-reflection-squamish-outdoorsquamish-exploring-grinning-weaselBalance.
It’s been a while.  I might try to make it my new thing.
